The Jan Długosz Academy’s newest campus was the location for presentations by Częstochowa high school students about the Polish Righteous Among the Nations.

Students also had the opportunity to hear about the experiences of survivors Ada Frajman Ofir and Gabriel Horowitz.

The Jewish Cemetery Today

The Częstochowa Jewish Cemetery dates back to the late 18th Century. It is the third largest Jewish cemetery in Poland, containing around 4,500 graves in about 8.5 hectares. The last burial here took place in 1973.
